Purchasing Tickets

  • All attendees to Norwich Puppet Theatre events must have a valid ticket.
  • All Norwich Puppet Theatre tickets are currently digital. These will be emailed to the address provided during the booking process.
  • Donations made to Norwich Puppet Theatre at the point of ticket purchase help us to cover our box office costs. Donations are non refundable.
  • Norwich Puppet Theatre does not charge any additional transaction or booking fees.

Refund Policies

  • Norwich Puppet Theatre will not refund tickets within four weeks of an event, unless at the management’s discretion.
  • Tickets can be exchanged for equivalent value tickets for a different performance of the same production (subject to availability).
  • A credit note for the value of the tickets purchased may be provided at the management’s discretion if a cancellation is requested less than four weeks before the event booked. This excludes any donations made to the Theatre.
  • If Norwich Puppet Theatre needs to cancel an event ticket holders will be refunded the value of the tickets purchased. This excludes any donations made to the Theatre. Norwich Puppet Theatre will issue a refund using the same method of payment you used to purchase the tickets.
  • In the instance an event is cancelled Norwich Puppet Theatre will endeavour to notify all ticket holders as soon as possible. This will be via the email address provided with your booking.
  • If an event is rescheduled then ticket holders will be offered ticket(s) of an equivalent value to their original purchase for the new date(s). If ticket holders cannot attend the new dates, they will be able to select either a refund or credit note for the value of the tickets purchased.
  • Credit notes will be valid for 1 year from their issue date.
