Adult concession tickets are available to seniors (over 60), students in full time education, wheelchair users, registered disabled and Go4Less adults. Proof of eligibility may be requested.
Reserved tickets must be paid for within 7 days of booking or 60 minutes before the event (whichever is sooner), after which uncollected reservations will be released for resale.Where few tickets remain available for a performance, full payment my be required sooner.
All tickets are non-refundable unless the performance is cancelled by Norwich Puppet Theatre. However tickets can be offered for resale if the event sells out. This service is subject to a handling charge of £1 per ticket.
Norwich Puppet Theatre accepts payments by cash, cheque, and most credit/debit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, Switch, and Delta). Please note - we cannot take Electron payment over the phone, but you can use an Electron card in person.
Paid tickets can be printed at home, held at the theatre for collection at any time before the performance or workshop, or they can be posted at a charge of 50p.
